Online Styling Consultation

This service is perfect for those who are pressed on time but quickly need professional help to prepare for the Estate Agent's photo shoot, an upcoming viewing or open day. This service is fully remote, simply send me a collection of photos of all the rooms in your home including a floorplan (for best result) and I will write a comprehensive list of quick, effective actions that will help you transform your property to a showstopping show home!

In-person Styling Consultation
Price: £129
If you have an eye for interior styling and/or just need a helping hand to get started with the process of preparing your property for the market, then this is the service for you! The package incudes a 1,5 h personal consultation in your home where we will look at things like kerb appeal, identify your target buyer and what you could do to maximise the interest of your property online. We will potentially move a few pieces of furniture around to see how it affects the flow of the room, look at the best colour palette and identify key elements to style before the photo shoot and any upcoming viewings.

Staging Packages
for occupied homes
Property Photo Styling - Basic
Price from £199
This package is perfect for those who do not have the time or confidence to style their home on their own. With my help, we will make your home picture perfect for that all important photo shoot of your home! We will start with a 45 minute home visit where we will take a look at your home together, discuss what should be put away on the day of the photo shoot, and where we can create the illusion of more space and a better flow. I will then come back and style your home on the day of your Estate Agent's arranged photo shoot. I will mainly use items from your home but will also bring with me a basic styling kit which will help enhance the the look and feel of your property.
What's inlcuded:
1 x 30 - 45 minute initial home visit. 1 x list of actions to be completed before the day of the styling visit. 1,5 h of style planning by Anna. 2-3 h on the day of the photoshoot: styling, meet with the agent photographer & clean up. A basic styling kit which includes cushions, throws, bedding accessories and plants, carefully selected to enhance the best features of your property. Property Styling - Bespoke
Price from £495
If you do not have the time or the confidence to bring out the best of your home to maximise the viewing potential and sale price, then this is the package for you. I will take full rains and turn your home in to a well presented, welcoming home that looks great online and at viewings. We will start with a 45 minute home visit where we will take a look at your home together, discuss what should be put away for the time being and where we can create a better flow and illusion of more space. I will use existing furniture and décor from your home which will be complemented with a larger staging kit from my own inventory. The staging kit will stay in your house for 30 days.
What's Included:
1 x 45 minute to one hour initial home visit. 1 x list of actions to be completed before the day of the styling installation. Styling of all rooms including bathrooms and hallway. 3-5 hours of styling on the day of the photoshoot of your home. 3 hours of admin and style planning by Anna. Includes rental of cushions and textiles, lamps, art, rugs, artificial plants and suitable décor. 30 day rental of all items that I bring in to your home, so that you can present a beautifully styled home at booked viewings. Collection of the styling installation after 30 days.

We will have an initial 10-15 minute chat over phone or email (for an initial phone consultation please use the bookings page in the main menu) where we will discuss the service you're interested in in greater detail.
A payment link will be sent to you if you decide to continue.
A home visit will be carried out.
For Styling Consultations: This will be the only visit
For Staging Packages: This will be the the first site visit to your home.
Preparation. In preparation for the styling installation, you will receive a list of actions to complete which will help enhance the selling potential of your home.
For Styling Consultations: a complete list of suggested actions will be sent so that you can continue the journey on your own from here.

Installation day. I will style your home on the day of your Estate Agents photo shoot and meet with the photographer to make sure the photos end up the way we want them.
Collection day. Depending on what package you have chosen, I will either come back and pick up the installation after 30 days or pack and clean up on the day of the photo shoot.
