Service Description

A quotation will be emailed over to you when you reserve this service. Please check your spam box if you haven't heard from us within three days. A 50% reservation fee will be charged upon confirmation of the job, the remaining payment will be charged after the initial home visit. Included in this service: - 1 x 45 minute to one hour initial home visit. - 1 x list of actions to be completed before the day of the styling installation. - Styling of all rooms including bathrooms and hallway. - 3-5 hours of styling on the day of the photoshoot of your home. - 3 hours of admin and style planning by Anna. - a 30 day rental of cushions, textiles, lamps, art, rugs, artificial plants and suitable décor so that you can present a beautifully styled home at booked viewings. - Collection of the styling installation after 30 days. For the stylist to be able to prepare a suitable styling kit bespoke to your home you must allow at least 14 days between the home visit and the day of your Estate Agent's photo shoot (installation day) however we suggest at least three weeks to allow yourself time to work through the list of actions.

Cancellation Policy

Virtual Services: - To receive a full refund you must cancel before any work on the project has begun. - After work has started we can no longer offer a refund for the service. Property Photo styling - Basic: - Your £100 deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled no more than 48h in advance of your booked home visit. - Re-scheduling is free of charge and can be arranged as an alternative and must be requested no later than 24h before your booked home visit. - The remaining service fee, charged after the first home visit, is non refundable. Bespoke Property Styling: - The 50% reservation fee will be refunded in full if cancelled no more than 48h in advance of your booked home visit. - The remaining service fee, charged after the first home visit, is non refundable.
