When should I contact you to work together on my upcoming house/flat/property sale?
You can contact me at any time however for the best possible end result it would be the most beneficial to contact me about four weeks before you put your house on the market. This is to give you enough time to work through my list of recommendations before the all important property photo shoot and for me to be able to properly plan and prepare the styling kit for your property, if you have chosen a Style to Sell Package.

Can you help style my empty property which isn't attracting any attention online?
I mainly work with occupied spaces that have all the standard items that you'd expect to find in a home, however I am on occasion able to cover empty spaces as well. Please contact me to discuss further.
My property is already on the market, is it too late to contact you?
It is not too late to receive help from me even if your property is already on the market. Just book in a 15 min phone consultation with me or send me an email stating your concerns and we can have a look at creating a personalised consultation or styling package to get your property off the market. It is never too late to change your strategy and I'd be delighted to help.
Booking and Cancellation
How do I book a service with you?
To book in a service, please send me an email stating what service you are interested in or you can book in a 15 minute initial call to discuss the service in greater detail. If you feel happy at the end of the call and wish to continue, a payment link will be sent for the selected service and a date for the initial property visit will be booked in.

What happens on the day of the Style to Sell service?
Depending on the package and size of your property, I will arrive about 2 hours before your Estate Agents' photographer arrives. For the best working environment for both me and the photographer, I would ask you to vacate your property during the installation. Pick up and drop off of the keys will be discussed in advance. I will then carefully carry out the installation using your own décor, enhancing the visuals with selected items from my own collection. I will then meet and greet the photographer, taking this off your shoulders as well. The installation will then either be left in place for 30 days or taken down after the photo shoot. Keys will be dropped at discussed location.
What is the difference between the 'Help to Sell' and 'Style to Sell' Package?
Help to Sell: I will give you the tools to best prepare your property on your own.
Style to Sell: I will style your property to maximise the viewing potential. Support that might be needed from you to enhance the finished design could be to clear away clutter, remove bulky or excess furniture to create a better flow, or to remove art/pictures and personal photographs. For example, if your target buyer is a young couple then having art and pictures on display that doesn't fit their lifestyle and may stop them from forming an emotional connection to your property which may result in a lower offer if they decide to make one.
You will receive a tailored list of actions that will help enhance the final result of the styling installation.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
To receive a full refund, you must cancel three or more days before the initial consultation day*.

- Cancellations made less than three days before the initial consultation day* are subjected to a 50% refund.
- Re-scheduling is free of charge but must be arranged no later than 48h prior to the consultation day*.

*For Help to sell packages, the initial consultation day is the day of the service. For Style to sell packages, the initial consultation day is the first 45 minute visit at your home.​
