Bespoke Property Styling
A styling and décor rental service for those who are looking to sell.

If you do not have the time or the confidence to bring out the best of your home to maximise the viewing potential and sale price, then this is the package for you. Our stylist will take full rains and turn your home in to a well presented, welcoming home that looks great online and at viewings. We will start with a 45 minute home visit where we will take a look at your home together, discuss what should be put away for the time being and where we can create a better flow and illusion of more space. I will use existing furniture and décor from your home which will be complemented with a larger staging kit from my own inventory. The staging kit will stay in your home for 30 days.
What's included:
1 x 45 minute to one hour initial home visit.
1 x list of actions to be completed before the day of the styling installation.
Styling of all rooms including bathrooms and hallway.
3-5 hours of styling on the day of the photoshoot of your home.
3 hours of admin and style planning by Anna.
Includes a 30 day rental of cushions, textiles, lamps, art, rugs, artificial plants and suitable décor so that you can present a beautifully styled home at booked viewings.
Collection of the styling installation after 30 days.

Book and pay:
This service is available to reserve, free of charge, via the bookings page. A quotation will be emailed over to you which you must accept and pay a deposit for within 5 days of receipt. Please check your spam box if you haven't heard from us within three days.
A 45 minute home visit will be carried out by the stylist on the date reserved via the bookings calendar to inspect the property. For the stylist to be able to prepare a suitable styling kit bespoke to your home you must allow at least 14 days between the home visit and the day of your Estate Agent's photo shoot (installation day) however we suggest at least three weeks to allow yourself time to work through the list of actions.
