Property Photo Styling
An in-person, 5 hour service for those who are looking to sell.

This package is perfect for those who would like a helping hand in creating the best possible visual display for their listing photos. With our help, we will make your home picture perfect for that all important photo shoot of your home! We will start with a 30-45 minute home visit where we will take a look at your home together, discuss what should be put away on the day of the photo shoot and where we can create the illusion of more space and a better flow. Our stylist will then come back and style your home on the day of your Estate Agent's arranged photography visit. We will mainly use items from your home but will also bring with a basic styling kit which will help enhance the the look and feel of your property.
What's included:
1 x 30 - 45 minute initial home visit.
1 x list of actions to be completed before the day of installation.
1,5 h of style planning by Anna.
2-3 h on the day of the photoshoot: styling, meet with the agent photographer & clean up.
A basic styling kit which includes cushions, throws, bedding accessories and plants, carefully selected to enhance the best features of your property.​
Suitable for:​
An upcoming property photo shoot or open day. Occupied homes with existing furniture.
Book and pay:
This service is available to book via the bookings page by paying a £100 deposit. A home visit will be carried out by the stylist on the booked date to inspect the property. For the stylist to be able to prepare a suitable styling kit bespoke to your home you must allow at least 14 days between the home visit and the day of your Estate Agent's photo shoot (installation day) however we suggest at least three weeks to allow yourself time to work through the list of actions.
